Thank you for coming across my cooking website!

I firstly want to point out that I am no certified chef and that my cooking is purely based on simple research and chucking in ingredients and hoping for the best…

I started my hobby in cooking during the Covid-19 lockdown. I was craving specific dishes I previously enjoyed at restaurants, but dine-in was restricted, some places were too far or even shut down! As a huge foodie and with all the time in the world, I decided to experiment in trying to recreate dishes at home by guessing ingredients they could’ve used. To my surprise, it almost tasted similar to what I had at the restaurant, and I genuinely enjoyed the cooking, plating and eating process. Eating the most of course 😋

Something felt more special about creating a dish at home and creating flavours to your liking. Right there and then I fell in love with cooking and want to share my journey with you!

I created this website to share my recipes that I whipped up on my own (sometimes with the help of google and youtube videos 🤭) and hope you can also make yourself a lovely meal at home.
